Our Nokia Care mobile phone repair centre is a very highly rated service centre, in 2009 we received the highest mystery shop score in the UK Nokia Care network. So if you are looking far a complete service we are able to take in your mobile phone repairs. Our mobile phone repair centre has both the technical experience and the best equipment to cope with your requirements. We only employ highly skilled and committed personnel and have them trained to a high level. The repair industry has become a very competitive marketplace and we feel that this gives us the edge over other service centres.

If your mobile phone is covered by either a Nokia or Samsung warranty we can repair it for you free of charge. Our engineers will endeavour to repair your mobile phone on site whilst you wait and if not usually within 24 hours (Unless otherwise specified of course). If the fault is more than complicated then we may send the handset to one of Nokia’s specialist higher level service centres or directly to the manufacturer for further fault analysis, repair or exchange.

Please Note: We are only accredited by selective manufacturers. We will only perform warranty repairs on products authorised by the relevant manufacturers any others can be repaired out of warranty at a cost to the customer or will be sent directly to the appropriate manufacturers warranty repair centre. We can also provide solutions for insurance companies that require handsets to be repaired and returned directly to the customer.
